1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before the order is dispatched, whichever comes first.

  • If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it immediately and process a full refund (for prepaid orders).

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Customers may still refuse to accept delivery, but applicable shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the refund (for prepaid orders).

3. Prepaid

  • For orders paid through cards (credit or debit card), refunds for approved cancellations will be processed back to the same payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank.

  • No additional fees are charged for cancellations processed within the valid time window.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

  • Repeated order cancellations or refusal of COD deliveries may result in temporary suspension of COD service for that customer.

5. Order Modification

If you wish to change the size, color, or product after placing an order:

  • Modifications can only be made before dispatch.

  • Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, no changes can be applied.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

  • Product out of stock or discontinued

  • Incorrect pricing or technical error

  • Payment verification failure

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity detected

Customers will be notified immediately, and a full refund (if applicable) will be issued.
