1. How can I place an order on FullTimeSports.pk?
You can easily place your order by adding products to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your delivery details. You can choose Cash on Delivery (COD) or Card Payment via Xpay at checkout.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 working days in major cities and 3–6 working days in remote areas. Delivery time may vary during sales or public holidays.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is available on all orders above Rs. 2,900/-. For orders below Rs. 2,900/-, a flat fee of Rs. 200/- applies.
4. Which payment methods do you accept?

All online transactions are processed through secure SSL encryption.
5. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placement or before it is dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
6. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an SMS or email with your tracking ID. You can use this ID to track your parcel on our courier partner’s website.
7. What is your return or exchange policy?
We accept returns/exchanges for unused, unwashed items within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in original packaging with all tags attached.

8. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a wrong or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at +92 3 111 33 99 50, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
9. Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Currently, we deliver only within Pakistan. However, we are working on enabling international shipping soon.
