1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after successful payment confirmation via Cash on Delivery (COD) or Card Payment (Xpay Gateway).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In case of stock unavailability or verification delays, customers will be informed via call, SMS, or email.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners.

Note: Delivery time may vary during sales, promotions, or unforeseen courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • FREE Shipping on orders above Rs. 2,900/-

  • For orders below Rs. 2,900/-, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200/- will apply.

  • Charges are clearly shown at checkout before payment is completed.

4. Payment Methods

We currently support the following payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available for most locations nationwide

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments – Securely processed through SSL encryption

  • Bank Transfers (on request) – For corporate or bulk orders

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via email.
You can track your shipment directly on our courier partner’s website or contact our support team for assistance.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address, contact number, and postal code are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

7. Delays & Exceptions

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or courier disruptions may cause delays beyond our control.

  • Pre-order or custom items may have extended processing times, clearly mentioned on the product page.

8. International Shipping

At present, FullTimeSports.pk ships only within Pakistan.
